Also/ too/ as well= auch?

The word ‘auch’ in German, is an adverb that means ‘also’, ‘too’ and ‘as well’. Although these adverbs in English have their specific place in a sentence, in German this word doesn’t. The position of ‘auch’ in a sentence can totally change the meaning of that sentence.
For example:
‘Ich war auch da’ (I was there too)
‘Auch, Ich war da’ (Also, I was there)
Can you think of any other example?

Willst du mir auch den geben? (Do you want tpo give me that one as well?)

Willst auch du mir den geben? ( Do you too want to give me that one?)

One time the “auch” refers to the THAT.
The other time to YOU.
