Don't miss this short movie!

Today I would like to recommend a short film from Lingopie: The Little Fish.

Russia has a folk tale written by the great poet and writer Aleksandr Pushkin. “The Tale of the Fisherman and the Fish” is about a fisherman who catches a goldfish, which promises to fulfill any wish of his in exchange for its freedom. The man, who lives poorly with his wife, begins to make materialistic wishes, and suffers the consequences.

“The Little Fish”, available in Lingopie, is about a boy who is kidnapped by a powerful witch and meets her daughter, a little goldfish made human. Now he will have to save himself and her…

Beautiful, tender, positive, entertaining film. If you watch the Creative version of the movie, you will find explanations made by our Eli, where she will tell you more about Russian tales and folklore.
