Help! System will not add members to my friends and family account

Hi.

I’ve tried several times to add members to my friends and family account. They keep telling me that it sends them to a payment page.

Finally, I tried adding them myself, using a private browsing window.

It created an account and profile, then went to the payment page offering a 7-day trial. The added user should not see a payment page when using a link I sent from my account.

How do I escalate? Support keeps giving me canned responses.

This needs to be handled manually by someone with access to the back end.
