I am a native Chinese speaker and first of all I want to say that this app is really cool, I want to improve my English and learn French from scratch with lingopie, I don’t know how I can achieve this goal.

If you are interested in learning a new language on Lingopie, I suggest watching as many shows as possible. I suggest starting with short movies and series.
Here are my tips:
- Start watching the show without clicking on any word to get the general context.
- Watch the same show again, clicking on the words that seem crucial to you to comprehend.
- Repeat watching the show until you start catching phrases and words.
- Follow along with the dialogue using the script and flashcards to improve your understanding.
On the player, you can also slow down the video speed using the feature in the right corner.
