RED WINE CAKE
300 g Butter
300 g Sugar
300 g Flour
1 pt. Baking powder
1/8 liter Wine, red
1 tsp Cinnamon
1 tbsp Cocoa powder
100 g Chocolate, dark chocolate, grated
Beat soft butter until frothy. Add sugar, then the eggs. Mix flour with baking powder and stir together with the remaining ingredients under the dough. Finally, subject the grated chocolate. Pour into a greased and crumbled baking mould and bake at 175°C for about 45-50 min. Top the cake and let it cool.
Sprinkle the cake with icing sugar.
The cake lasts a whole week and gets better by the day.
